What do they often ask

I HAVE TO PAY AN ANNUAL FEE?

No, Digital Auto Impose and Digital Auto Bleed do not foresee annual fees, only the cost of the first installation including one year warranty

I HAVE TO PAY A TECHNICIAN TO RESTORE THE SOFTWARE?

No, the first year includes remote interventions to restore the functionality of our installations. During this period you can also take advantage of a "Recharge" intervention which provides for a free reinstallation in case of failure not caused by our software.

DATA ARCHIVE AND GDPR

Our streams do not include archiving, by default the files used as source are deleted (if not requested by the customer). However you can get a consistency in repetitive jobs because the layouts are saved in the form of empty models.

I HAVE TO RESERVE A PC FOR THIS USE?

No, it is not necessary to designate a PC for the exclusive use of the software, also you can continue to use the workstation for other uses. In case of particularly heavy use we will advise you to use the most suitable machine.

I HAVE TO PURCHASE TWO VERSIONS OF THE PROGRAM?

Not necessarily, in the case of companies with multiple printing technologies inside, the higher version will be sufficient, on request we will include the functionality of the lower product.

I WRONG A JOB CAUSED BY A SOFTWARE BUG

In the <Large format>, <Offset> and <Enterprise> versions, a refund will be made for the first year of installation in the event of damage caused by a programming error (up to a maximum amount over the year equal to the cost of the installation you will choose).

CAN I USE PDF FILE ONLY?

No, Digital Auto Impose and Digital Auto Bleed accept all the main graphic files (.pdf .jpg .tif .psd .png .gif .pbm .pct .pcx .bmp) both CMYK and RGB and keep any spot colors unaltered
